Peyton did put some of his time to good use while being stuck in the house. He had to do a project for school celebrating the 100th day of school. The project had to be something consisting of 100 items and grouped in a manner so that the kids could easily count to 100. Here's his jellybean art.
He did a really great job of sorting all the colors, counting them out in groups of 10 and then glued everything to the page. It was a lot of fun to be able to have some time to sit down with just the two of us and watch him work so hard to do his own project.
Jaxson also decided to put his time to good use. He's WALKING!!! I'm so proud of our little man! He's taken about 7 steps at one time. Crawling is still much faster for him and if he catches you watching him while he's trying to walk he'll just fall down and laugh, but he's doing great.
Here he is standing on his own. I think he's just about mastered this part.
He's actually walking towards me in this picture.
Just look at the smile in these pictures. He seems to really love his new found freedom!!
